Cranberry Apple Cider Spritzer cocktail
This refreshing cocktail is perfect for Thanksgiving, with its combination of tart cranberry, sweet apple cider, and bubbly Prosecco. It's easy to make and can be batch-made ahead of time.
Ingredients:
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup Prosecco
1/4 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup apple slices
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a pitcher, combine cranberry juice, apple cider, and Prosecco.
Stir in fresh cranberries and apple slices.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour in the cranberry apple cider spritzer.
Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
Tips:
If you don't have Prosecco, you can use other sparkling wines, such as Cava or Champagne.
For a sweeter cocktail, add a little bit of simple syrup to taste.
For a more festive touch, rim the glasses with sugar or cinnamon sugar before serving.
This cocktail can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
